The Oral Rapid Drug Test is designed to ascertain the presence or absence of twelve types of drugs or their metabolites in your saliva. This instant test rapidly screens saliva for drug metabolites and can include a laboratory confirmation if deemed necessary. The detection window of drugs in saliva varies based on the drug and on the donor’s individual biochemistry. On average, most drugs are detectable in saliva for approximately 24 hours after the most recent use or exposure. Some drugs may be detectable for as long as 48 hours. Only a confirmed positive result for a drug or drug metabolite can be considered evidence of recent use or exposure.
